Depending on where you are right now, read the following statement aloud. If you are at work our around other people say it to yourself.
"When you decide to BE....... then and only then will you BEcome!!"
Now take a piece of paper and write the above statement, BUT replace the word "you" with the word "I" and fill in the blank.
Example:
"When I decide to BE _______ then and only then will I BEcome!!"
Put this paper in your pocket and carry it around with you, try looking at it and reading it at least twice a day. Try making a copy of it and tape it to you mirror at home!

• Get two blank sheets of paper.
• On one piece of paper, list all of the things that are “wrong” in your life – don’t be afraid to be negative – get it all out!
• On the other, write a list of all the positive things in your life right now, including everything that’s “not wrong.”
• When you have finished, place the two pieces of paper side by side and ask yourself the following questions.....
• “What is of the greatest use to me and what serves me most – to focus on what's ‘Wrong’ or what ‘Not Wrong’?”
• When you have decided which list is best for you to dwell on, get rid of the list you do not wish to focus on - throw it away, maybe even bury or burn it, if you wish to make this a memorable event.
• Try reading the remaining list every morning for a week and see what happens!
We BEcome what we claim to BE. Everything starts with a decision and has to BE followed by action BEfore you will BEcome!
